EFN MOOC 2: This course provides 11 lessons to make you better understand on the European Nursing Movement and on how it came to what EFN is today. It provides an overview on the nurses’ lobbying activities in the EU, on pro-active the EU Policy Agenda Setting and how it can be effective and successful. The course also focuses on the importance to engage nurses as end-users in the co-creation of digitalisation of the healthcare sector and how they can benefit from Artificial Intelligence. It gives an overview on the European project EFN led on eHealth (ENS4Care) and highlights the challenges ahead in the EU healthcare ecosystem.

This online course is aimed at all ‘lifelong learners’, especially frontline nurses, and is intended as an advanced Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course. Technical background knowledge is not needed for this course. Participants are expected to spend 1 to 2 hours through the instructional course.

Certification

At the end of each lesson, the participants will have to answer some questions to test the knowledge acquired. If 90% of good answers is reached, the participants get a Certificate of completion of the course.
