This course provides 9 lessons to give a clear definition on Bewell, an Erasmus+ 4-year EU project on digital and green skills, in which the EFN is a key partner. The main aim of this project is to build a movement of some key healthcare stakeholders for supporting, developing and implementing an EU strategy on upskilling and reskilling of the European healthcare workforce. Its ultimate goal is to develop a green and digital skills’ strategy for the healthcare ecosystem that can be implemented at a local, regional, national, and ultimately at the European level through the Pact for Skills, in the context of the Blueprint for sectoral cooperation on skills.

This online course is aimed at all ‘lifelong learners’, especially frontline nurses, and is intended as an advanced Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course. Technical background knowledge is not needed for this course. Participants are expected to spend 1 to 2 hours through the instructional course. 

At the end of each lesson, the participants will have to answer some questions to test the knowledge acquired. If 90% of good answers is reached, the participants get a Certificate of completion of the course.
